Each print is produced locally in the UK on 225gsm Matt Photo Paper, a high-quality, multi-layered photo-grade paper that offers an exceptional colour gamut, high ink capacity, and outstanding photographic reproduction. Eco-friendly materials and methods are used throughout the process, ensuring sustainability and care for the planet.

Frame sizing refers to framed artwork, and print sizing refers to image dimensions within the frame. A 25mm blank border surrounds each print so you can trim and frame each print to suit your individual needs.

Standard: frame size: 30x40cm / print size: 21x30cm. Includes a 5.5cm white mount between the print and the frame.

Classic: frame size: 40x50cm / print size: 30x40cm. Includes a 5.5cm white mount between the print and the frame.

Signature: frame size: 50x70cm / print size: 40x50cm. Includes a 5x10cm white mount between the print and the frame.

Gallery: frame size: 61x91cm / print size: 50x70cm. Includes a 5.5x10.5cm white mount between the print and the frame.

Unframed prints are printed to the exact dimensions listed below, with no white border included.

Standard: print size: 30x40cm.

Classic: print size: 40x50cm.

Signature: print size: 50x70cm.

Gallery: print size: 61x91cm.

Custom adjustments can be made to suit your needs such as adding a white border to your print or modifying the print dimensions to fit your own mount (for smaller sizes only).

Damaged Deliveries:

Whilst I take great care in packaging and handling your artwork, I understand that accidents can happen during delivery. If, for any reason, your new artwork arrives in anything other than perfect condition, please follow these steps:

• Notify Me: Contact my customer support team immediately, providing details and photographic evidence of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Return or Repair: Depending on the extent of the damage, I will assess whether a repair or replacement is necessary. In some cases, I may request the damaged item to be returned, while in others, I may arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

• Resolution: I will work swiftly to either repair or replace the damaged piece at no additional cost to you.
